Research And Design Of Washing Machine For Drilling Cuttings

With the application and development of the underbalance and high pressure jet technologies,drilling efficience of oil land got a sharp increase,but compare to the efficience, the worker often has a low efficience to clean drilling cuttings,because working time, amount,standards are all could effect its effience,and we often can't get particular pirity drilling cuttings,and the job becomes overelaborate.it is urgent to get a new washing machine to instead of this outdated cleaning method.This article based on the study and analysis of drilling cutting washing method,and according to the srequires,the author works out the new washing machine. we jet scrubbing the cuttings with pressure fluent,so that raised the quality and efficiency of cuttings washing.The author also discuss application of Micro-filtration technique membrane to sewage treatment field and the application of ultrasound technique to industry.and author also putforward a new method to compositive Micro-filtration technique and ultrasound technique to do sewage treatment job,and on such design theory,the author have designed 2 suits of ultrasound- Micro-filtration water purifying equipment.(filtration in axial direction and filtration in radial direction),and without water purifying, it also could achieve washing water recycling.The washing machine and ultrasound- Micro-filtration water purifying equipment were used in action.it has use value.
