Copper pipe end necking processing is in common use of circulating pipeline connection of air conditioners, refrigerator refrigerant, becauset spin stamping necking forming technology can break through the stamping necking coefficient restriction, enlarge the forming size range, improve the forming quality and processing efficiency, thus in-depth study of the forming mechanism and process parameter of spin stamping necking has very important significance.This paper carried out a series of research work on spin stamping necking process on the basis of the existing necking forming theory using the theory of metal plastic deformation and finite element simulation analysis. The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1) Spin stamping necking forming process is a complex three-dimensional large deformation non-steady-status forming process, the deformation process of materials includes a deformation and heat transfer coupled effect. Therefore, Thise paper analyze and discusse the stress strain theory and thermal-mechanical coupling characteristics involved in the rotary flushing pipe process based on the nonlinear finite deformation elastic-plastic finite element theory;(2) Based on the deformation characteristics analysis of spin necking, the ptimum selection and mathematical model of important parameters include the necking force, critical contracting size and the optimum die half cone angle is discussed, and friction torque and power calculation model of rotary flushing pipe is established by diced stress method on the basis of theory of straight pipe forming in the existing;(3) Based on two modules of the DEFORM 3D deformation and heat transfer, the simulation model:Φ28×1.5 shrink toΦ19.05 is established, the 3D coupled thermo-mechanical numerical simulation of Spin Stamping necking is realized through analysis and processing of a series of key technology include the complex boundary conditions and simulation parameters control;(4) Through the contrast analysis of the theoretical data, computer simulation and experimental, put forward the limit coefficient of stamping necking in engineering when the necking die half cone angle is certain, and come to conclusion on" the necking foming ofΦ28×1.5 shrinking toΦ19.05 by Spin Stamping can be carried out smoothly instead of buckling by stamping " phenomena through the theoretical analysis;The research of this paper enriches necking forming process theory and simulation analysis, There is an important guidance for the necking forming process and the tube end forming equipment development.
