In this thesis, we study a series of organic-inorganic supramolecular compounds based on the classical Keggin type polyoxometalate and organic amines.Besides, we investigate the reaction conditions, rules, the relationship between structures properties.Making use of hydrothermal technique, we have synthesized three supramolecular compounds based on the classical Keggin type polyoxometalate building blocks by controlling reaction conditions and changing materials. And I have characterized by elemental analysis, TG and single crystal X-ray diffractions in order to obervsing properties of these compounds.1. In hydrothermal technique, we have designed and synthesized a infrequent supramolecular compound based on Keggin type polyoxometalate building blocks (C3N2H5)3(VMo12O40)·2.5H2O (1), which has a center V atom, through adding rigid organic ligand. Compound 1 is in the triclinic space group P-1 with a = 12.337(5) (A|°), b = 12.346(5) (A|°), c = 17.937(5) (A|°),α=105.67(5)°,β= 91.865(5)°,γ= 114.15(5)°, V = 2368.2(15) (A|°)3 and Z = 1. It is formed by inter-molecular forces between two Keggin type [VMo12O40]3- and hydrogen bond forces among Keggin anion, organic molecule and water.2. In hydrothermal technique, we have designed and synthesized a infrequent supramolecular compound based on Keggin type polyoxometalate building blocks (2,2′-bipy)[H2PMo12O40]·H2O (2), which is in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a = 11.504 (A|°), b = 12.089 (A|°), c = 17.258 (A|°),α= 90 (5)°,β= 103.183(5)°,γ= 90 (5)°, V = 2336.9 (16) (A|°)3 and Z = 4. Compound 2 is a supramolecular formed by between hydrogen bond forces between Keggin anion and organic ligand. However, 2,2-bipy is distortional because of hydrogen bond forces and inter-molecular forces.3. In hydrothermal technique, we have designed and synthesized a funny supramolecular compound based on Keggin type polyoxometalate building blocks (4,4′-bipy)2[HPMo12O40] (3), through adding rigid organic ligand 4,4-bipy, which is in the triclinic space group P-1 with a = 11.504 (A|°), b = 12.089 (A|°), c = 17.258 (A|°),α= 90 (5)°,β= 103.183 (5)°,γ= 90 (5)°, V=2336.9 (16) (A|°)3 and Z = 4. Compound 3 is formed by intermolecular forces between two Keggin type [PMo12O40]3- and hydrogen bond forces between Keggin anion and organic molecule.
