With the fast development of science and technology, the materials science has been developed fastly. Composite materials, for their excellent performances, have been utilized more and more widely in many important industry fields. Particulate reinforced composites an one kind of composite materials, which has many excellent performances in many fields. On the one hand, the material properties can be improved by the particulate inclusions, the stiffness and the specific stiffness can be enhanced infinitely, and also about intensity index. On the other hand, the strength of fracture and fatigue would be decreased at the same time. The results depend on the size, shape, properties, and spatial distribution of those second phase inclusions. Simulation of the behaviors of such composites, influenced by numerous microstructures, is one of the significant topics in the field of mechanics and material science. The main contribution in this paper can be listed as follows:1. Improve the criteria to the Interface crack delaminates. This paper at the base of the Voronoi Cell Finite Element Method(VCFEM) which considering the matrix-inclusion damage and crack extending, Improve the passed criteria to the Interface crack delaminates which is the maximum tensile stress criteria. The new one is that the crack delaminate criteria of the fatigue damage which under the cycled fatigue loads. Which enable to change the passed loading that is monotonous loading type into the fatigue loads which is cycled. The new criteria see the fatigue damage as the criterion to estimate whether the damage amount reach the limit.2. Improve the delaminate type of the Interface which between matrix and inclusion. The passed type is alongside the inclusion of the interface. One side after the next side. After improving, the delaminate type isn't confined to one the along the all side, but to the any points at the passed sides, meanwhile, we also consider the remeshing algorithm as the added nodes.3. Some program have been compiled with Fortran 90, which can achieve the aim about calculating the matrix-inclusion damage and crack extending, of elastic and plastic materials under the cycled fatigue loads. And there are many examples to test its validity. The accuracy and efficiency of proposed methods are verified by comparison with the general nonlinear finite element codes, which turned out to be just that the program is valid...
