Bolt and shotcrete support is the most common supporting way under the tunnel. The quality monitoring of bolting and shotcreting is the important work which guarantees the bolt quality and safe production. The monitoring can be realized both by the monitory of roof abscission layer and the monitory of bolting stress. The system discussed in this paper focused on the latter one.Two parts can be devided about this system, the transmitting part which in charge of data acquisitioning and transmitting,and the receiving part which in charge of receiving data and display.MSP430 MCU,nRF24L01 and LCD 1602 are used in this systerm. MSP430 is famous for its powerful and low power consumption. Data acquisition can be easily done with SD16 which is an integrated analog peripheral on the MSP430. The shift between different data channels can be realized by the keyboard at the receiving part.Low power consumption is an important principle during the system designing. Both the hardware and the software are designed to lower the consumption at the minimum.Interrupt is used in most sections of software designing to let MCU works in different sleep mode,to release CPU at the highest possibility.
