In this experiment, we used o-methyl aniline as raw material reacting with n-BuLi, and got o-toluidine lithium salt. Then we added dimethydichlorolsilane to this mixture, then it was filtered, and the filtrate reacted with n-BuLi. Finally we got three new organic lithium compounds of silyl-bridged ligands. In these ligands, one is a silyl-bridged lithium, the other two are the double silyl-bridged ligands. After that, the interactions of the three ligands with Me2NCN at the ratio of 1:1 were also studied, and then it reacted with the group four metal chloride. Finally, we got the corresponding complexes. The structure of these compounds was characterized by 1H-NMR and X-ray analysis. Specific content is divided into three sections:The first chapter focused on the background and significance of organometallic chemistry. Four sections are described here. The first part is an introduction. The second part describes the amine compounds. The third section describes the amidine-based compounds. The fourth part introduces theβ-diketiminato ligands. The second chapter is the main part of this paper. It is about three new organic silyl-bridged lithium compounds. The structures of these compounds was characterized by 1H-NMR and X-ray analysis. The third chapter introduced the reaction of the ligand Me2Si(o-MePhNLi)2(CH2CHOLi)(THF)4 2a with Me2NCN at the ratio of 1:1, and then with ZrCl4. Finally, the metal compound 3a was obtained. The structure of 3a was characterized by 1H-NMR and X-ray analysis. And further discussion of this compound was supplied.
