This thesis composes with three parts as follows:Firstly, We summaried cross couping reaction via C-H activation using arylbronic reagents.Ruthenium-Catalyzed cross couping via arenes C-H activation using arylboronic acids was reported. 2-Arylpyridine/2-arylpyrazole were used as the substrates. Plausible catalytic cycle was proposed based upon the kinetic isotope effect and other control experiments.Synthesis of arylketones by Ruthenium-Catalyzed cross couping of aldehydes with arylbronic acids was developed. Further investigation on the kinetic isotope effect and other control experiments were carried out.The new ways for synthesis of biaryl compounds and arylketones were developed, The methods have many advantages in terms of simple operation, mild conditions, high yields, substrates easily compassable, and good functional group tolerance. Generally, through C-H activation, We could reduce the synthesis steps of biaryl compound and arylketon, and enhanced the atom utilization efficiency. It correspondes with the development of green chemistry'demand.
