This paper for preparation Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3, at the same time, Modified doped adopts the method of Layered immersion for preparation Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalysts, Phenol was used to the study. Introducing the shine to improved reaction system, improve the performance of phenol degradation.This paper adopts the method of impregnation for preparation Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3,The research was using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) means to analyze sample appearance, structure, elements, optimized the conditions of preparation catalysts. Results show that: Surface has a lot of irregular catalyst particles, the surface on Catalyst Fe/Al atomic ratio was 0.12. Investigation the catalytic under the condition of different preparation Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3, and the results showed that the performance degradation phenol. Fe(NO3)3 pickling liquid concentration is 0.05 mol/L, roasting temperature for 300℃, roasting time for 2h, Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 catalyst reaction after 120min of phenol, degradation of phenol for 83.5% removal.ultraviolet and Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 combined to form the homogeneous photo-Fenton reaction system, with its degradation Fenton reaction reagents, and investigation of phenol reaction process parameters. The result shows: the initial concentration of phenol 250mg/L, Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 catalyst for 0.4 g, (quality score for 3%) H2O2 solution 4mL, pH=2.66 value, reaction temperature 25℃, for 120min removal of phenol can reach at 92.8%.Using Ce modified Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 catalyst, using layered impregnation method Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 to improve iron dispersion, reduce iron dissolution improve catalyst stability and improve the efficiency of phenol degradation, application scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) means of sample appearance, structure, elements and study analyzed test, production process and reaction conditions. The result shows: the Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst has compact structure and uniform particles scattered in the degradation of phenol system, after 120min of reaction, phenol removal rate can reach at 93.6%.Light help conditions Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 catalyst phenol degradation effects reflects the better catalytic activity, Ce modification of the preparation of Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst reactive dissolution below Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 catalyst, dissolution rate dropped from 0.52% to 0.22% and phenol remove efficiency improving.
