| The thesis is on using wet method to recycle arsenic from arsenic waste water, in order to establish a pollution-free simple substance arsenic recycling method. Mercury waste water is selected as the subject. The content of the research is shown as follows:1.Study the influence of magnetic effect on extraction of arsenic through the arsenic waste water extraction test;2.Study the influence of extraction time, temperature, pH on extraction of arsenic in HR;3.Analyze extraction mechanism with saturated extraction and Infrared spectrum;4.Study the influence of magnetic effect on extraction of other component (Zn);5.Study the influence of temperature, pH on extraction of As and Zn in HCl system. Compare arsenic extraction effect under different acid system;6.Study the influence of time, temperature, phase ratio on alkalinous stripping;7. study on preparation of single plot of arsenic and recycling valuable metals (zinc).For arsenic, there are many types of extractant. TBP and D2EHDTPA are used commonly in China. TBP is selected to deal with As5+. Acid D2EDTPA is selected to extract As3+. Most waste water emitted by factory contains As3+. In order to analogue industrial arsenic waste water, AS2O3 is selected to prepare industrial arsenic waste water. Therefore, sulfonated coal oil and Acid D2EDTPA are selected. Different from alkyl radical phosphorodithioic acid, D2EDTPA is considerably stabilized, whose extraction capacity doesn't change with time, without strong oxidizer. Therefore,it has a good extraction and stripextraction function on As3+.However high the concentration of As of the waste water is, it can meet the emission standards after the pretreatment of magnetic field. The obtained high concentration arsenic waste water is stripped using Na2S/NaOH as a stripping agent. Then recycle arsenic using electrowinning, and gain simple substance arsenic finally. |
