This tesis implement different processing technonlogy and heat treatment on GH600 superalloy, investigate on the influence law of the microstructures and mechanical properties with different processing technology and heat treatment process parameters. Analysis and calculation the deformation activation energy of superalloy, establish a mathematical model of deformation resistance. Use metalloscope, SEM and TEM to study the evolution law of microstructure and precipitated phase to find the influence on mechanical properties after different processing and heat treatment. Some results can be found through the study. There are great influence on deformation resistance and recrystallization structure of GH600 by different processing especially temperature. The deformation resistance decrease with the temperature increased and increased with the increased of deformation degree. The recrystallization degree increased with the increased of temperature and strain. The dislocation density will decrease with the increased of temperature and strain or through heat treatment. It will form Cr23C6 and Cr6C compounds in superalloy after solution treatment, these compounds will make grain boundary strengthening and improve the corrosion resistance. There are great influence on the size of precipitate phase. The size will bigger with the increase of colling rate. After aging treatment the quantity of precipitate phase will increased and the size will smaller, this can effectively improve the strength of GH600 on high temperature.
