Electrostatic precipitator is widely used at environmental protection equipment, because there are relatively characteristics on the dust removal efficiency, operation and cheap costs, such as reducing emissions into the atmosphere in the play very important harmful dust. Electrostatic precipitation power is the key equipment of electrical precipitator, research and design of power control system to improve dust removal efficiency of electrostatic precipitator has important significance.This paper develops a kind of new research by LanQing company with the control circuit design of three-phase intermediate frequency DC high voltage power supply of ESP, the design purpose is to use the power system with electrostatic precipitator, to replace the existing compared with power behind the electrostatic precipitator. I mainly study the power electrostatic precipitator, electrostatic precipitator control loop with power of main loop research by another classmate bear.First, this paper simply introduces the research of the whole structure, including power the main circuit and control circuit of main loop, both parts are briefly introduced. Through the form of block diagram for our research projects have probably understanding. Then for control of simple, easy to understand it's describe several peripheral circuit and control of the main board.Secondly, this paper introduced intermediate frequency power control circuit boards, including various peripheral controlling of all control circuit boards. Through this section describes the principle of IGBT drive can understand, and the control circuit of anti-interference etc power design.Finally, the control main board part is introduced based on DSP TMS320LF2407 electrostatic remove dust power control system of intelligent hardware. This control system with TMS320LF2407 DSP core is, based on a sample of secondary voltage, current control system by DSP EV event manager sent four ways of PWM digital signal waveform, instead of as a driver of traditional analog control scheme, the advantages of modern power, using advanced digital signal processor as control core and meet the real-time control system, and the flexibility and improve efficiency. Data analysis and prototype experiments prove the feasibility and rationality of the control mode. Control of flexible, fast reaction. Finally, by combining with the main loop part of complete equipment, design of experiments, power debugging proved correctness of the theory analysis and design.
