More and more heavy oil has been exploited at home and abroad in the past years, it has become a serious problem and attracted more scholars to develop the FCC catalyst with big pore, because only the catalyst with big pore can refine those macromolecule such as heavy oil. And in the same, it can bring more profit for corporations in the area of oil refining.In this thesis, bentonite is chosen as the material because of its good characters, but there are lots of impurities in the pore of bentonite. Get riding of them, not only enlarge its surface, but also broaden the pore. Synthesizing NaY zeolite catclyst bu in-situ with modified bentonite and kaolin, its surface is 456 m2/g, the ratio of SiO2 and Al2O3 is 5.2, the pore is 61.8A.
