Epoxy fatty acid methyl as plasticizers, not only can completely replace DOP plasticizer create non-toxic PVC products, environmental protection, used in food packaging, medical supplies materials, toys and water supply pipeline etc, also used as cellulose resin and synthetic rubber material of non-toxic plasticizer and softener. In products processing, add epoxy fatty acid methyl can obviously increase the products and to extend the physical properties of the aging time, with barium, cadmium and zinc metal, such as stabilizers and, have good synergistic action. In addition, because of its has good lubricity, compatibility and dispersion properties, also can be used as surfactant and dispersant application in epoxy coatings and epoxy resin industry production. In people increasingly pursuit of green low carbon environmental protection today, epoxy fatty acid methyl esters fain benzene paes do substitute, raw material costs, lower production process is short and operation simple process, saving investment, low energy consumption. Cause research wide attention of scholars.This paper studies how to take green technology, using green antioxidant hydrogen peroxide, further improvement in magnetic catalyst, solid, heteropoly acid catalyst in, give the magnetic catalyst, the use of green environmental protection magnetic load heteropoly acid catalyst, coated with a Fe3O4 as a carrier of SiO2 magnetic load heteropoly acid as catalyst, with fatty acid methyl esters raw material, the epoxy made of epoxy fatty acid methyl esters, used in epoxy fatty acid methyl esters of change, which made it to keep good catalytic activity, and repeated use, has better catalytic performance and easy to recycle, realize the epoxy fatty acid methyl ester green production, become a kind of low cost, environment friendly, clean green chemical process, as the PVC plasticizer and stabilizer applied to modern chemical industry. The preparation of magnetic type in the phosphorus acid catalysts used in the FAME of tungsten epoxy the reaction is feasible, when pH value at 11, reaction temperature 70℃, reaction time 2.5 hours, with hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, the highest epoxy value reached 1.8%.
