The ignition and propagation technique is one of the important techniques that achieved waste smokeless propellant to be the no/micro smoke fireworks charge. This paper makes the aerial shell micro smoke charging as the research object and intends to solve the low aerial shell firing rate because of the charge ignition and propagation problem and the not out scraps existed in the fired porosity smokeless propellant. This paper makes porosity smokeless propellant as the basic components, NLG type strong convective smokeless charging were designed and processed, the propagation speeding rate of NLG type strong convective smokeless charging and granular porosity smokeless propellant in atmospheric conditions were tested. The ignition and propagation features of NLG type strong convective smokeless charging, granular porosity smokeless propellant,2# black powder in the simulation of aerial shell defloration conditions were studied. This paper researched the effect of ignition medicine with different properties and type strong convective smokeless charge on fire ability of the bright pearl,make as the ignition strengthening agent added to NLG type strong convective smokeless charge, the relationship between the products structure of propellant combustion and firing rate bright pearl were studied by the laser through rate test means, the composition and concentration of the propellant combustion products were calculated by the least free energy method and their effects on the bright pearl firing rate were analyzed also. Results shows that the propagation speed of NLG type strong convective smokeless charge was improved four to five times compared to granular porosity smokeless propellant and NLG type strong convective smokeless charge burned out without not out scraps, the propagation speed of NLG type strong convective smokeless charge with 1 # additives was faster than that with 2# additives, the propagation speed of NLG type strong convective smokeless charge improved with the charge density increased, the structure of micro smoke charge were optimized,the homogeneity and simultaneity of the charging ignition were realized, the firing rate of the bright pearl increased to 45% by NLG type strong convective smokeless charge,there were lots of KCO3 existed in condensed-phase state and carbon black in the combustion products of the NLG type strong convective smokeless charge with additives, this charge improved the firing rate of the bright pearl to 100%.
