The Pushing and rake machine working in mal-condition, endure to alternation load, excessive load, mechanical shock and lateral load, that's affect strength, life, reliability and security. As domestic manufacturing industry of electricity tools started late, the starting point is low, and the design method is backward.As domestic manufacturing industry of Push and rake machine starting point is low, many refer to overseas product designing. The H frame and working equipment welding sometimes fracture and invalidation. The thesis study the product of a company, aim at H frame and working equipment,using traditional designing method and hot spot stress method research and put forward some improvement plans to advance life.This thesis includes seven chapters. Chapter one presents the research background and significance of the topic and sums up the research work about the Fatigue at domestic and abroad, explaining and the work of hot spot stress method. At the end it makes the main research content of this thesis. Chapter two discusses the welding structure fatigue design and introduce FEM using in fatigue analysis. Chapter three builds integrity 3-d and FEM model of H frame. Chapter four analysis all work condition. Chapter five, using simpleness model discusses strength influencing factor, finding the most important influencing factor and put forward some improvement plans to advance life. Chapter six test H frame and analysis the test result.Chapter seven makes the conclusion and gives research work of the next step. |
