In recent years, hollow spheres as one kind of special micro-nanostruture, have been receiving considerable interests due to their potential optoelectronic activity. In this thesis, Cu2O and CuS hollow micro-spheres were successfully prepared firstly, then (Ag,Cu)2S hollow spheres were prepared by ion exchange using CuS as template. CuInS2 hollow spheres were prepareed by template method. The influence of fabrication condition on the structure and morphology of hollow micro-spheres were characterized by TEM, SEM, XRD and UV-Vis spectrometer. The optical properties were also studied. The results are as follow:1) Cu2O hollow micro-spheres were synthesized by reducing copper sulfate with hydrazine with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as surfactant at 30℃. CuS hollow spheres were prepared though reaction of Cu2O template with thioacetamide. The size of Cu2O hollow micro-spheres could be easily altered from 400 nm to 1.5μm by adjusting the concentration of copper sulfate from 0.1 M to 1 M. Cu2O with different morphologies such as cubic particles were obtained by adjusting the amount of NaOH. The amount of PVP impacted morphologies of products and make the paoducts to be spheres structure.2) (Ag,Cu)2S hollow spheres were developed by using CuS hollow spheres as templates through cation exchange reactions. The amount of silver acetate impacted the products composition. When the amount of silver was excessive, the product was almost pure Ag2S. While the (Ag,Cu)2S hollow sphere shows strong absorption in the wavelength region of ultraviolet and near-infrared region. But in the region of visible region, it shows weak absorption. 3) CuInS2 flower-like micro-spheres were synthesized by using copper sulfate, PVP,thioacetamide as reactants, DMF as solvent at 180℃. The influence of fabrication condition on the structure and morphology of products were characterized. The synthesis mechanism were also studied.4) CuInS2 hollow spheres were developed by reacting with indium chloride and using CuS hollow spheres as templates at 180℃. The influence of the reactants amount on the products composition was studied. The hollow spheres exhited potential application in optoelectronic conversion.
