Preparation Of A Non-cyanide Aurous Composition And Application On Chemical Gold-plated

The purpose of this research is to Preparation of a non-cyanide gold composition and application on chemical gold-plated,so as to adapt the demand of PrintedCircuitBoard industry.Then we hope it can instead of the traditional high toxicity and heavy pollution cyanide gold-plated.The current gold-plated solution mainly has two kinds of the cyanide gold-plated and non-cyanide gold-plated.When use the cyanide gold-plated we can get good gold plated rate and gold films appearance properties.But the cyanide gold-plated is highly toxic which is very dangerous in the producing process and the influence the air quality around.So,to develop the non-cyanide gold-plated is important.And the non-cyanide gold-plated has obvious environmental and economic benefits.The research could be divided into two parts and shown as follows:(1)preparation of a non-cyanide gold composition.This aurous composition composes of chlorauric acid and ethidene diamine and sodium sulfite.And examine the aurous solution stability on temperature,pH and resting period.(2)The application performance of This aurous composition is examine on en/Au,time,pH,temperature,gold concentration,buffer solution concentration,and Ni2+concentration.The conclusions are:(1)the best Process condition to prepare the aurous composition:n(Au/en)=4:1,45~50℃,pH=8-9,reducing agent is sodium sulfite,reaction time is15-20min.And examine the aurous solution stability for optimal conditions:below60degrees, pH=7-10and resting7days.(2)Studies the optimum craft condition of chemical gold-plated is:gold concentration is1.5g/L,temperature is40℃,operation time15min,pH=7and Ni2+concentration control in lg/L.In this condition,we can get shining,even coating which is good binding force and corrosion resistance.Therefore,this aurous composition basically can dapt the demand of PrintedCircuitBoard industry and have a good application prospect.
