In the processing process of the numerical control machine tool, cutting force signal reflects the important physical characteristics in milling process information, And convenient, fast and accurate acquire the characterization of the cutting force can not only optimization cutting dosages and geometrical parameters, monitoring cutting process, and still can make numerical control machine tool can tune into speed for cutting force constant control according to the real-time processing, control processing process overload effectively and protect the cutting tool, and improve the efficiency of the machine tool.In order to measure the real-time cutting force, in Windows operating system, this paper developed for ordinary computer users visualization milling force acquisition software, the use of PCI data acquisition card provide programming function to do I/O programming, and set up the cutting force real-time data acquisition and processing system.First this paper cutting force as the research object, construct the whole framework of cutting force collection system, this paper introduces the manufacture company by Switzerland KISTLER 9257 B piezoelectric crystal force measurement instrument and A model 5006 A charge amplifier, and then developed by VC+ + cutting force acquisition and processing software, the software includes data acquisition, data processing, data storage, serial communication module, etc. This can realize to the function of cutting force of the real-time data acquisition, processing, playback, storage and so on.My supervisor develop the CNC system independently is embedded in a computer system, in the data acquisition software for cutting force after filtering processing, finally completed by CNC system of cutting force real-time control.
