A mixture of several typical model compounds was chosen as bio-oil model. Hydrogen was prepared via catalytic steam reforming of bio-oil in a fluidized bed reactor. influential parameters such as temperature, steam to carbon ratio (S/C) and weight hourly space velocity of bio-oil(WHSV) were investigated and optimal conditions were temperature 750"C, S/C 18, WHSV 0.6h-1. The H2 yield 80.2%, carbon selectivity of gas product 92.8% can be obtained at the optimal conditions.Ni/modified dolomite catalyst was used in a two-stage reaction system for steam reforming of a mixture of several typical model compounds. The optimum conditions were temperature 800℃, S/C 12, WHSV 1h-1. The H2 yield 85.1%, carbon selectivity of gas product 94.2% can be obtained at the optimal conditions. The comparison experiment results showed that carbon deposition in the two-stage reaction system wass less than that in fixed bed and catalyst could be used longer. The optimum conditions of steam reforming bio-oil were temperature 800℃, S/C 14, WHSV 0.5h-1.The kinetics of steam reforming reaction in fixed bed was researched. Heavy fractions model was chose as raw material. Reaction rate equation and carbon deposition-carbon elimination kinetic model was set up and the parameters were fitted out:...
