In recent years, domestic and international energy supply and demand have become increasingly prominent. The establishment of a diversified energy supply system to reduce pollution emissions and achieving sustainable development get more attention. Regeneration process research of cold waste emulsion become a subject of concern both at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the nature of waste emulsion and the causes, and does regeneration process research by chemical and physical methods such as ultrasound, centrifugation and filtration in laboratory; The paper also synthesize high efficiency demulsifier and characterize its structure. At last, it determine route for industrial production and get satisfied results in industrial scale. The nature analysis of four batches show that the waste emulsion:the type of the cold waste emulsion is W/O emulsion, water content are 50%-70%, mechanical impurities are 3.0%-7.0%, more than 90.0% of the impurities are iron or iron compounds. Non-ionic demulsifiers EC24, HB51 and silicone SI63 have a higher surface activity and reduce the stability of emulsion. Mechanical impurities in the rolling process are mainly metal iron. The positively charged iron ion adsorb on the droplet surface and form the electrical double layer. The anionic groups of KB 12 can neutralize the positive charge on the interface. The new synthesis anionic demulsifier YB36 has higher surface activity compared with KB 12. Ultrasound for emulsion demulsification effect is obvious. In ultrasonic power 126W, frequency 28 kHz, temperature 70℃, time 10min and YB36 dosage 0.5 g/L conditions, for 1 # and 2 # cold waste emulsion dehydration rate reached 96.0% and 94.6%. Mechanical impurities content in cold-rolled waste emulsified middle layer reduces from 14.4% to 6.50% after magnetic adsorption treatment and stability of cold-rolled waste emulsified middle layer reduces obvious. Industrial enlargement test results show that the dehydration rate achieve above 85.0%. oil moisture content is under 0.60% on the condition of temperature of 65℃in settlement, settlement 12h and demulsifier.80μstrainer filtering the middle of the cold waste emulsion of mechanical impurities, adding 250 mg/L of WS01, the oil recovery rate reach 90.0% after the settlement. Oil moisture content of the trace meet the requirements of the refined oil and the industrial process is green production process.
