This article discussed an effective method of sugarcane molasses alcohol scale problem, and pointed out it was an effective method to combine scale removal before distillation with scale inhibition in distilling. Chemical scale inhibition method was deeply researched and a kind of combination scale inhibitor was prepared in sugarcane molasses alcohol scale control. At last scale inhibition mechanism was researched and discussed.(1) Through the countermeasure analysis to sugarcane molasses alcohol scale problem, they were both effective methods to remove scale before distillation and inhibit scale in distilling. The result of static weight loss method showed that the scale in the calcium sulfate solution was loose, and the scale in fermentation liquor was hard and not easy to shed.(2) The optimal amounts of adding several scale inhibitors in sugarcane molasses alcohol scale control were as follows:PESA and HDTMPA was respectively 50 mg·L-1, EDTMPS and BHMTPMPA was respectively 75 mg·L-1. The scale inhibition rate of the fourth combination inhibitor reached 36.5% in four combination scale inhibitors programs. The best condition for use was keeping 3 hours in the stirring speeds of 120 r·min-1 and temperature of 70℃after adding scale inhibitor in finished yeast mash.(3) Through the scale control experiment of the fourth combination scale inhibitor, the scale control rate of scale removal was 36.0% and the scale control rate of scale inhibition was 74.6%. Scale removal removed scale that might deposit in distillation tower, which was a good preparation for scale inhibition, and then scale inhibition made the scale decreased in the complex environment of high temperature and high alcohol content. The rate of scale control reached 92.6% by using the method of combining scale removal before distillation with scale inhibition in distilling.(4) The scale inhibition mechanism was analyzed and discussed by XRD, Particle Size Analysis, FT-IR, SEM, and Optical Microscopy. This article designed a simulated experiment which mainly contained yeast, calcium sulfate, and scale inhibitor, after adding scale inhibitor, the calcium sulfate crystal was small, rough, loose and easy to break. Crystal grains were easier to suspend under the effect of lattice distortion, while dispersion and electrostatic repulsion prevented the growth of calcium sulfate crystal nucleus and maintained the crystals small, so the crystal grains were easy to suspend in the solution and not to deposit. Yeast cells and organic matters assembled and deposited with calcium sulfate crystals in 100℃and 30% alcohol content.
