River networks as environment system of a class of diverse spatial structure and various ecological elements, and it has the direct impact of the complex hydrodynamic processes and intensive human activities. The ecological functions of river networks are usually subject to different degrees of damage or interference, leading to deterioration of water quality of the tributaries, the main stream, wetlands, beaches, etc, ecological elements broken, self-healing capacity decreased, weakening the integrity of the system. Liaohe river estuary is composed of tributaries, sewers, rice irrigation and drainage systems, reed and wetlands, natural ponds, etc. It is the confluence of dispersed sewage, paddy drainage and surface runoff. The mainstream river ecosystem function has been severely degraded by continuous input the COD, TN, TP and other major pollution factors, and threat to the Liaodong Bay and further into offshore water quality. In this paper, study on Liaohe River estuary river tributaries'node hydrological characteristics, and purpose to reduce the pollution load. While according to the law of the spatial distribution of pollution load, make the configuration of the appropriate ecological restoration techniques on space, and raised a space configuration of the initial program of river network's ecological restoration technology. Thesis as follows:The Liaohe River Network carried out a systematic analysis to analyze the characteristics of river estuary and master the river water of river morphology, hydrology, water quality characteristics, environmental factors and habitat characteristics of features; Based on the node spatial distribution of river and grade of the principle of purification, select the various ecological restoration technologies to reduce pollution loads, in connection with the characteristics of river water, according to the principles of the lowest energy consumption and the most reasonable load distribution, establish the river water pollution loads in-line reduction, the line outside purification and pre-complex ecosystem node configuration; River is divided according to the spatial distribution. Combined with the ArcGIS software applications based on VBA programming secondary development, build one-dimensional water quality model and optimize the comprehensive water quality model QUAL-Ⅱto study the overall trends and processes of pollutions into the rivers, to determine the ecological restoration of the Liaohe river estuary optimal allocation of space technology programs; For the configuration of the model validation, through the seasons and the year the water quality of river node sampling test study the effect of field application. The results show that: the tributary basin pollution is serious. River Network main environmental problems due to ecosystem destruction, the structure of bank protection is single and hard-based. Then choose the best configuration technical program and apply to demonstration. The major pollution factors of COD, TP, TN, NH3-N have been well cut, and the proposed ecological river restoration techniques configuration works well in this study, has some practical and promotional value.
