With the development of national economy and the improvement of living standards, kitchen waste, animal manure and other biomass waste have heavily increased. Thus, the pollution of kitchen waste and pig manure have become an important problem of which the environmental protection departments have to face and solve urgently. However, n order to solve the energy shortage and the increasingly serious environmental problems that expand the livestock waste, kitchen waste anaerobic digestion to produce biogas at home and abroad.Kitchen waste and livestock waste is biomass renewable energy, and the anaerobic digestion of the way to deal with kitchen waste, livestock waste has a low cost, environmental benefits and advantages which can effectively achieve t the reduction of waste harmless and resources. The self-designed continuous stirring tank reactor (CSTR) is applied to run the interfusion anaerobic fermentation.Taking the kitchen waste and pig manure as the experimental raw materials, the basic datum of several experimental indexes, such as pH value, total alkalinity, VFA, ammonia-nitrogen, production rate of gas, production rate of methane etc. are obtained under different OLR value at the medium temperature and the stability of the system performance and gas production properties are analyzed. Meanwhile, the best operating conditions of anaerobic treatment are found. The results show that: with gradually increasing organic loading rate (OLR) pH value was maintained at7.23-7.50and the VFA concentration was stable at72-360mg/L in addition to the fluctuation. Anaerobic digestion process system of total alkalinity in10530-17377mg/L, in the whole test procedure alkalinity content are relatively high, has been maintained in the10000mg/L above; The concentration of ammonia-nitrogen fluctuates between1599-2047mg/L when the OLR value increases from1.0-2.75g VS/(L·d) and the system of anaerobic digestion works steadily within the same OLR value bounds. The average volume fraction of methane is49.8%-59.7%when the OLR value is between1.00-2.75g VS/(L·d). The average volume fraction of the methane output to obtain the maximum value s59.7%when the OLR value is1.75. The average daily gas production were5942ml,6918ml,7596ml,9596ml,12089ml,12843ml,15588ml, 15246m.The most superior daily gas production is15588ml when the OLR value is2.50g VS/(L· d). The average methane production rate were957ml,3630ml,4003ml,5677ml,6365ml,7005ml,8226ml and8172mL. The most superior daily gas methane production rate is8226ml when the OLR value is2.50g VS/(L· d).
