Development of the garment industry put forward higher request to the machine in sewing quality. Traditional industrial sewing machines control system is clutch motor servo control system,speed performance is relatively poor,the static characteristics are relatively poor,relatively large size.Digital industrial sewing machine braking/start fast,wide range of speed regulation, accurate location, it can improve sewing quality. The core of the digital industrial sewing machine is sewing machine servo control system. In order to adapt to the requirements of market development, In this paper,a digital industrial sewing servo control system is designed, the main work in this paper includes:(1) Working principle and mathematical model of the brushless DC motor are analysised. Brushless DC motor simulation model in MATLAB is established, simulation results show that the model is corrected.In addition, Simulation diagram of the closed-loop control system is established. Brushless DC motor closed-loop control system is simulated, PID and integral separation PID control algorithm are used. Simulation results show that the integral separate PID algorithm has better speed tracking characteristics.(2) Industrial sewing machine control system hardware is designed and realized. The hardware circuit design includes:the main control circuit, drive circuit, keyboard and display circuit. The software part includes:the initialization module, the key display module, the speed control module, the fault processing module. In this paper, DSPIC as main chip is choosed, main control chip circuit based on the technical specifications is designed. Three-phase full-controlled bridger as main inverter circuit is selected, IR2101inverter bridge driver chips is selected, and the inverter driver circuit is designed, switching power supply design based on TNY267is designed. In this paper, LCD1602as display circuit is selected. Finally, design Reliability of system hardware.(3) Software of control system is designed, the software part includes:the initialization module, key display module, the speed control module, the fault module. The initialization module includes register initialization, the A/D initialization, PWM initialization. Button to display the module includes key handler and the LCD display. The speed control module, includes the speed of the sampling procedures, the speed adjustment, the fault processing module include the abnormal over-current and other signal processing.(4) Relevant technical specifications of the servo system are tested.
