Agricultural non-point source pollution is one of the main reasons for water pollution. These days, agricultural non-point source pollution has caused public concern all over the world. And it's also become a serious problem for China in recent years.This article collected the data which from1991to2009include chemical fertilizer consumption, agricultural pesticides consumptions, and agricultural mulching film consumption in every Chinese province, then, based on these data, this article represented the realistic condition of China's agricultural non-point source pollution though some related theories about the Environmental Kuznets Curve.Though the empirical research, it concluded that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the consumption of chemical fertilizer, agricultural pesticides, agricultural mulching film and per capita income of rural residents. The inverted U-shaped curve between chemical fertilizer consumption and per capita income of rural residents reach its turning point when income reaches6384Yuan. The turning point between agricultural pesticides consumptions and per capita income of rural residents is6223Yuan. The turning point between agricultural mulching film consumptions and per capita income of rural residents is7366Yuan. China's rural per capita income reached5153Yuan in2009. The consumptions of chemical fertilizer, agricultural pesticides and agricultural mulching film are increase with the growth of rural per capita income. It shows at present China EKC is on rising phase although the rising speed shows a little slow.There are diversities among china's provinces about the relationship between the consumptions of chemical fertilizer, agricultural pesticides and agricultural mulching film and rural residents'per income. These diversities showed that the phase of the EKC vary from province to province. The EKC of eastern coastal economic developed area almost have reached the turning point, the middle areas'EKC is on rising phase at a slow rising speed, on the other hand, that of western region is rising at a rapid speed due to its relative backward economy. A few developed provinces and municipalities has no obvious inverted U-shaped relationship between the consumption of chemical fertilizers, agricultural pesticides, mulching film and the rural per capita income, but on the whole, this relationship of Beijing and Shanghai municipalities showed a downward trend and Tianjin municipality and Zhejiang province kept at a relatively stable state.
