Interest in the development of novel catalysts for carbon dioxide recycling has been spurred by the need to meet the more stringent environmental legislation and to decline the contents of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. The solid amines catalysts(DETA/MCM-41, DEA/MCM-41, MEA/MCM-41, TETA/MCM-41, AEEA/MCM-41) was prepared by co-impregnation method. The CO2adsorption behavior of the solid amines catalysts was investigated in adsorption-reactor. The catalyst were characterized by thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA),infraredAnalysis(FT-IR),CO2-TPD.The contents of the job are listed as follows:(l)The CO2adsorption behavior of solid amines catalysts was investigated in the condition of20oC and0.1MP. We found that MCM-41supported AEEA had the largest adsorption capacity, which were124.5mg/g.(2)Different loadings of AEE/MCM-41showed different CO2adsorption capacity, when the loading of AEE/MCM-41reach to50%wt,it showed the largest CO2adsorption. FT-IR analysis showed that AEEA was loaded in MCM-41successfully.(3) The investigation of the regeneration of M-AEE-50molecular sieve. From the TG results, we find that M-AEE-50can maintain the stability of the structure if the temperature is less than240oC.Results also show that at80oC after recycling of M-AEE-50sieve for10times, its CO2adsorption capacity does not decrease significantly. The Sorption capacities are60mg/g and80mg/g.
