With the improvement of people's living standards, environmental requirements are more and more high, noise pollution has been a source of environmental pollution which is very important, Automobile noise pollution is very important in the source in all the noise,But Automobile noise pollution is mainly reflected in the tire noise pollution. When the vehicle speed is greater than70km/h, tread groove and the pattern block noise is the main embodiment of tire noise, So reducing the tire tread block and the groove of the noise has become the research focus of tire noise. in the course of research Our school with the majority of rubber tire manufacturers cooperation for many years, Developed the "low noise tire tread simulation and optimization system"(TNS/ODS), And has been tracking the upgrade to TNS/ODS09, This is a set of simulation, evaluation and diagnosis, optimization design as one of the tire tread design software. It improves the design efficiency of tire tread. This software can be applied to the tire manufacturers and tire tread research department's new design of tread pattern noise detection and optimization, At the same time also can be used as domestic and foreign research and development of low noise tire tool,the ZZ-TNS/ODSImprovement of content as follows:(1)Parameter optimization software ZZ-TNS/ODS support special pattern parameter optimization, Including the pattern bar, two from the pattern, reverse pattern and asymmetric patterns.(2) Study on the new function of parameter optimization(3) Based on adaptive immune genetic algorithm (AIGA) of tire tread pattern pitch parameter optimization.The software simulation and analysisL: Time domain analysis, Frequency domain analysis of I type, Frequency domain analysis of II type,1/3octave band analysis, Tire marks length change analysis,However Evaluation of diagnosis includes Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, ASL evaluation, three evaluation, frequency domain acoustic energy balance diagnosis, acoustic center energy balance diagnosis, diagnosis of acoustic intensity, pitch arrangement diagnosis. In this paper mainly introduces the types and mechanism of phonation tire tread patterns, Big cars/light card pattern simulation software implementation and evaluation standard is determined and the improvement, we also introduce and modify the truck tyre simulation software. Finally come up from theory analysis, the tire measured noise were compared with simulation test, From the simulation results on our actual tire tread design guidance, also has the research significance and the reference value.
