In recent years, wood and plastic composites depend on the encouragement of state circular economy policy and the demand of enterprise potential benefits, especially when the global resources have dried up, the social environmental protection consciousness has become high. Wood and plastic materials have been applied to some large facilities construction of our country with the advantage of the raw materials recycling, product plastic melting, applied environmental protection, economization of recovery cost, biochemical reuse. The production and consumption increased dramatically. But the current production technology are not up to the level of modernization, with high energy consumption of the equipment, unstable production, low efficiency, all of which restricted the wood and plastic industry's further development. Therefore, the research on the preparation and processing of compound wood contains enormous economic benefits and environmental benefits.At present, the wood-plastic composite materials production equipment basically use plastic processing or wooden artificial board production equipment, and even on the basis of reformation in the nature of the material of equipments, we can't fundamentally solve the problem of high energy consumption of the equipment, unstable production, low efficiency.This paper refers to relevant data and field research on the domestic manufacturers of wood-plastic production equipment, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the wood-plastic forming process, combined with Guangzhou LESCO-Kingfa WPC Technology Co.Ltd. on WPC raw materials, intermediate products, product performance characteristics (especially the melt rheological properties of wood-plastic mixture, the regulation of the nature of the wood/plastic interface) and the deep discussion and research of the production process. The needs of the company's actual production of PVC wood-plastic profiles determine the two-step extrusion process widely adopted by domestic enterprises. Haake torque rheological experiments optimize the process parameters to guide the actual production. On the basis of the traditional plastic molding processing equipment, and for the problems of the prestigious company's existing PVC wood production equipment in the ordinary course of the production process, we analyze and survey, regarding energy conservation, efficiency, environmental protection as a precondition. This thesis optimizes mechanical design on the basis of the minimum energy for the extruder screw feed port, feed zone barrel and other key components and heating system, transmission system, selects materials and check strength for the screw and barrel, Compared with the current equipments, environment protection and energy efficient single screw extruder, with reasonable structure design and PVC wood-plastic composite material properties, has improved a lot in all aspects of energy consumption, efficiency and equipment operation stability.
