Heteratom-doped germanates are solvo/hydrothermally synthesized and the reaction conditions, such as stirring time, molar ratio, reacdtion time, reaction temperature, are investigated. As for dual dope, a novel layer Cu-Ge-O and B-Ge-O containing 9-MR are obtained. Although the structures of ternary-doped Zn-Ge-P-O and Ga-Ge-P-O are not determined, the morphologies and compositions are determined by SEM and EDX. At the same time, a unexpected ZnPO is obtained and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction.Dual dope:Na4[Cu2(H2Ge207)(H2Ge04)2]·H20(1)å'Œ(C7N2H2o)[(Ge02)3(BO1.5F)2] (2)。Compound 1 belongs to orthorhombic system, Pbcn space group:a=13.041(3) A, b=8.7440(17) A, c=12.975(3) A,μ=11.05 mm-1, V=1479.6(6) A3, Z=4, Dc=3.472 Mg/m3, F(000)=1464, R[F2>2σ(F2)]=0.041, wR2(F2)=0.118. Compound 2 belongs to monoclinic, P21/n space group:a=6.7800(14) A, b=21.636(4) A, c=11.654(2) A,β=91.22(3)°, V=1709.2(6) A3, z=4, Dc= 2.151 Mg/m3, u=5.308 mm-1, F(000)= 1088, R1=0.0298, wR2 =0.0696. The both germanates are layer structure.2. ZnPO——(CH3NH3)·[Zn4(PO4)3](3). Compound 3 belongs to orthorhombic system, Pcab space group:a=10.110(2)A, b=14.661(3)A, c=16.583(3)A, Mr=578.46, V=2457.9(8) A3, Z=8, Dc=3.126 g/cm3,μ=8.168 mm-1, F(000)=2240, R,[I>2a(I)]=0.0212, wR2[I>2σ(I)]=0.0530. The main channel of 3D compound 3 is 7-MR.
