Along with the increasing awareness on environment protection, thechemical products are developed toward the direction of green chemistry. Asone of the main chemical products in our daily life, the product oil is beingplaced on more and more restrict.This paper compound nitric acid nickel for nickel source, compoundsdiammonium for p source, then the volumetric impregnation method for out ofthe Ni2P/SBA-15catalyst, and the use of the samples of different types,different sulfurization agent sulfide concentration, different means of sulfidetime for its handling of sulfide, then through the use of XRD, N2adsorption-take off, TPD, XPS, HRTEM and other modern means of after theanalysis of the samples of sulfide catalysts for the characterization of structure,the last in the micro hydrodesulfurization reaction device, with DBT as modelcompound, evaluation of sulfide catalysts after the sample of the catalytic.And the influence of active component content,and initial P/Ni mole ratio onthe performance of sulfurized catalysts were further studied.From this paper, The sulfurized Ni2P/SBA-15pelleted catalyst still maintained ordered mesoporous structure after sulfurization, and its mainactive phases are Ni2P,Ni12P5,Ni3S2. In addition, the sulfurized catalyst has anobviously better activity. Ni2P/SBA-15catalyst sulfurized by cyclohexanecontaining5%wt CS2for2h had the highest activity, when the reactiontemperature is380℃, the transform rate of reactant DBT is99.3%and thecatalysts have high stability. Besides, from research on Ni2P/SBA-15cordcatalyst, sulfurized Ni2P/SBA-15cord catalyst with initial P/Ni mole ratio as0.8and with40wt%Ni2P loaded has relatively highest activity. Under thetemperature of380℃, the transform rate of reactant DBT is99.6%and thecatalysts have high stability. The hydrogenation desulfurization reaction anddirect desulfurization reaction are plays a very important role in the HDSreaction on both Ni2P/SBA-15pelleted catalys and cord catalyst.
