In this paper,In-depth study of the theoretical analysis and control mechanism of deep-hole blasting. First of all, on the basis of read a lot of references,Introduces the theoretical basis^current research and domestic and international developments of deep-hole blasting. According to deep-hole blasting technology for coal mining in the application of the present situation of the fault less, Put forward the the necessity and the frontier of this paper studies. Made clear the purpose and the research content of this paper:That is based on the former research, analysis the Blasting theory> Into seam mechanism and the crack propagation. By using numerical simulation software ANSYS/ls-dyna,based on coal-rock mass of the coal seam No.726work face of Qingdong coal mine,Huabei.built two calculation models, Analysis the two models on condition of stress wave in rocks explosion dynamic propagation process, and on the surrounding rock stress distribution of influence, and by adding keyword*MAT-ADD-EROSION, will rock tensile and compressive strength calculation unit of destruction as a judgement basis, analysis the rock crack propagation. Through comparison the two model, emphasized the role of slab hole.Through numerical simulation can draw:in a slab hole exist, blasting effect significantly better, In FS99fault rock conditions, a pucker the loose blasting radius range to0.6m, and control of the existence of hole blasting double loose radius range to0.8m. From stress time pattern can see, because slab holes produce free surface near, happen stress concentration, stress value than the surrounding area.Through nearly a month of field tests can be concluded that:FS99fault rock726work face of Qingdong coal mine,Huabei,blasting radius range to0.8m.According to the design parameters, and pushed a smoothly faults.Theoretical analysis and field tests can conclude the result is nearly the same, this paper also explains the theory guidance is based on fact, design parameters is more reasonable, prove the ANSYS/ls-dyna for similar engineering software can make the theoretically instruction, we provide more exact for reference.
