The Study Of The Control Factor Of Using The Anaerobic Activated Sludge To Treat The Heavy Metals Lead

This experiment is based on the remainder sludge of the sewage treatment plant that is cultured, Then the main bacteria in the sludge is phosphorus removal bacteria. The cultured sludge will be used to deal with the leaded simulated wastewater. For different reaction time, pH, temperature, initial lead ion concentration, speed and aerobic conditions and anaerobic conditions, and other control factors to study the sludge on the adsorption of lead ions. And in the process of dealing with the lead ions in the sludge, in order to learn the changes in environmental indictors. Finally, we will analyze the existing form of lead in the sludge.The change of lead ion concentration during the adsorption:(1)Lead the initial concentration of50mg/L and100mg/L and200mg/L, after100min, the concentration of lead in water is10mg/L or less. At last reaches an equilibrium, the three initial concentrations of lead in the reaction solution, the lead concentration were1.2mg/L,2.5mg/L and4mg/L. we can get a summary that it will costs more time to reach an equilibrium, when the initial concentrations of lead is large. It will costs120min to reach an equilibrium when the initial concentrations of lead is50mg/L and100mg/L, but it will costs150min to get it when the initial concentrations of lead is200mg/L.(2) When25℃to35℃, the adsorption rate of the corresponding55%increase,35℃to45℃, the adsorption removal efficiency of no more significant changes.(3) When the pH=6the concentrations of lead in water remaining is the lowest, at the same time lead removal is the highest.(4) Adsorption under aerobic conditions than under anaerobic conditions have improved to some extent, but the extent is not large, but energy consumption but will increase a lot.(5) When the speed is150r/min, the effect of fixed adsorption of lead ions is best.When sludge adsorption of lead ions is conducted, to learn the relationship of the other indicators of environmental pollution: (1)When time increases, the concentration of P-PO43-is increased in anaerobic phosphorus Sludge.(2)When time increases P-PO43-and the TSS, VSS, TCOD is showing a significant negative correlation, P-PO43-and SCOD, ammonia showing a significant positive correlation.
