In recent decades, FRP in the airline industry, energy, machinery and electronic partshas been widely applied in engineering for its high strength, light quality, corrosionresistance, high tolerance of damage and high temperature resistant. For the petroleumchemical enterprise, the FRP composite materials can effectively reduce material corrosionand prolong service life. The United States oil company has already used FRP compositematerial the gasoline vessel in the gas station. It also has the similar vessel production andapplication in China, Japan and western European countries. However, composite materialseasily ageing so that the composite structure performance decline. And serious will lead theentire failure of the material which may cause significant economic losses. Therefore it isimportant to test and forecasts the safe of FRP vessel in the using process.Among the process of Composite materials bearing, there are many damage forms, such as matrix cracking, interface separation, fiber deboning and fiber breakage etc. But theobvious acoustic emission characteristics occur in each kind of damage. Acoustic emissiontechnology is very timely and effectively for the damage process analysis. In this paper, ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate FRP compositevessel bearing process. To analysis the mechanical properties of FRP composite vessel inpressure20and30MPa. And through the distribution of stress and strain under differentpressure, it can get weak position of the whole structure. It can provide the theory basis forrubber lining glass fiber winding composite vessel mechanical properties. In addition, acoustic emission signals by monitoring of acoustic emission experimentprocess for FRP composites containers hydraulic and blasting. Parameter analysis is usedfor analyzing acoustic emission characteristics of FRP composites vessel damage process, and Felicity ratio is used for evaluating its damage degree. Felicity ratio is less than0.9which suggests the vessel internal defects or might have been destroy. Wavelet packet totime-frequency analysis signals of composite containers blasting. The results show thatdifferent amplitude signals contain high frequency component, frequency distribution in the256-384KHz. With the sample data to predict and verify composite material vessel damageprocess, initially established evaluation methods for composite material vessel safety.
