Pyrrole and its derivatives are important raw materials and intermediates for for chemical production, which have wide application in organic chemistry due to their physiological actives and various useness. This paper summrized their classfication and synthetic methods firstly. Additionly.carbanion, as a common sort of intermediate in organic reactions, whose formation, stability and reaction types are also introduced. As two sorts of important intermediates, the people never stopped studying on them respectively. However, there is few report about the direct reaction between them.Therefore, in this paper, three novel pyrrole compounds are produced successfuly via the direct reaction of a variety of carbanion with several different pyrrole-2-methanol ester analogues in the presence of alkali. The structures of intermediates and all traget products synthesized are confirmed by IR and1HNMR. According to a large number of experiments, it is proved that such reactions can be carry out only when the presence of H on the pyrrole ring of N. On the basis of many experimental phenomena and results, we propose a possible reaction mechanism for such reactions.
