Blasting vibration analysis is not only the basis to study blasting vibration effects, but also the premise to control blasting vibration hazards. As blasting vibration signal is a typical non-stationary random signal, the building (structure) is influenced by the double impact of randomness characteristics of vibration in the domain of time and frequency, Therefore, our national standards Blasting Safety Regulations GB6722-2003includes blasting vibration amplitude and frequency at the same time. So it is needed for us to analysis comprehensively from blasting vibration signals-frequency domain and also the content of blasting safety standards in most countries. The traditional signal analysis technology Fourier transform is the global transformation of the signal from time domain to frequency domain, while the blasting vibration signals are non-stationary random signal, it is very important to know local features of time and frequency, and the emergence of the Hilbert-Huang transform just make up the insufficiency of analysis methods of blasting vibration signals time-frequency analysis. Combining the blasting vibration monitoring to Lanping lead-zinc open pit, this paper denoises the measured signal and analyses the time-frequency by the application of Hilbert-Huang transform, in order to achieve the purpose of relatively completing and accurating analysis of blasting vibration of the transient variable. Completed the following work:First introduced the current situation of the blasting vibration signal analysis techniques, the characteristics of Hilbert-Huang transform analysis, and elaborate ultimate principle of Hilbert-Huang transform in theory, and at the same time Hilbert-Huang transform analysis method is described on the computer.Followed by analysising the data of vibration monitoring analysis on open-pit blasting. we will get the peak velocity and the main shock frequency of the blasting vibration signals, predict the blasting vibration intensity of the open pit using the regression method in order to control the blasting scale blasting ms delay time purpose.Next investigate the signal de-noising method, described the advantages of Hilbert-Huang Transform in blasting vibration signal de-noising, and de-noising analysis of simulated signals and the blast vibration signals measured is progressed by application of the Hilbert-Huang Transform method.Finally, using Hilbert-Huang transform analysis of signal analyzed the open-pit blasting vibration signals, got the IMF component and the power spectrum of each component, time-frequency distribution characteristics, the edge spectrum, as well as the signal energy distribution law under different blasting conditions, and explore the safety of the open-pit blasting vibration from the perspective of energy principle...
