Casing Failure Preventive Measures And Efficiency Analysis Of Western Nanl Area In Saertu Oil Field

The western Nan1casing failure area is located in the western anticline structure insaertu oil field.It exploitates saertu and putaohua reservoir.With the dewelopment ofexploitation in this erea, the casing failure in oil and water wells is very serious.It controlsseriously the oil and water well's working.It arising the working of major overhaul,so itbring great pressure to controlling the oil wells' production cost.This paper study the casingfailure in the western of nan1area in Daqing oil field,researching on the casing failue'ssteady of this area,changing trend,injecting anomaly on presure,packer's sealing conditionfor pretecting casing.Through detailed researching on different formation pressure andinjection-production balance,analizing the causing of casing failure,summing the casingmechanism in this area,we put forward reasonable measures to this area. After adjusting andimproving the pressure system,reducing the plane differential pressure,corresponding withthe injection-production balance,we acquire good affection.At the same time,we are able tocontrol the casing failure trend of this area,and achieve a stabilization in this casing failurearea.At the other side,it extends the oil and water 's working period,cuts down theoperation cost,reduces the production and injection.There is great benefit to exploitationand economics in oil field.
