At present, the working condition diagnosis technology of50Hz screw pump well hasmatured. However, working condition diagnosis technology of variable frequency screwpump well still need more research. The relationship between torque of polish rod and inputactive power of motor of variable frequency screw pump well is one of the basic theories ofworking condition diagnosis technology of variable frequency screw pump well. It isconsiderable value of engineering application to study the relationship between torque ofpolish rod and input active power of motor of variable frequency screw pump well.The mathematical model of the relationship between torque of polish rod and inputactive power of motor of variable frequency screw pump well was established in this paper;the relevant numerical calculation method of the mathematical model mentioned above wasobtained; the experiments of the relationship between torque of polish rod and input activepower of motor of variable frequency screw pump well at normal well were carried out in theOil Recovery Plant NO.1of Daqing Oilfield; the curves of the relationship between torque ofpolish rod and input active power of motor under the condition of35Hz,40Hz,45Hz wereplotted; the values of the actual measurement active power were compared with those of thecalculating active power from the mathematical model and relevant numerical calculationmethod mentioned above, the results show that the average relative percentage errors betweenthe values of the calculative input active power and those of the actual input active power areless than10%, which verifies the correctness of the mathematical model of the relationshipbetween torque of polish rod and input active power of motor of variable frequency screwpump well and relevant numerical calculation method.
