In the field of oilfield production, owing to the changing of the temperature, the pressureand mixing incompatible water, severe fouling had been occurred in the formation andwellbore, so that it posed a serious threat to the production of oilfield. In China, withcontinuous deepening of oilfield development, most of the oilfields had entered in the periodof high water, promoted polymer flooding technology with polymer flooding and ASPflooding, and partial hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) was generally used as a polymer, butfew studies had been published on the effect of oilfield water scaling. In the paper, from thetwo aspects of high and low concentration partial hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) hadbeen studied on the formations of the common scale of the oilfield water(calcium carbonate,calcium sulfate and barium sulfate)with different reaction conditions and the paper combinedXRD method to analysis the formation of calcium carbonate scale.The experimental results were shown that partial hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM)was the certain inhibition influence to the formations of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfateand barium sulfate. High concentrations of partial hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) hadobviously inhibition influence to calcium carbonate and barium sulfate, and calcium sulfatewas the opposite, low concentrations of partial hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) hadobviously inhibition influence to calcium sulfate. Inhibition influence of partial hydrolyzedpolyacrylamide(HPAM) shorted reaction time for calcium carbonate, and calcium sulfate wasthe opposite, high concentrations of partial hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) had lessreaction time than that of low concentrations for barium sulfate. The promotion of thetemperature would reduce the inhibition of partial hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) for theformations of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and barium sulfate. Therefore, partialhydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) had the most inhibition for the formations of calciumcarbonate in the condition of temperature40℃. Low concentrations of partial hydrolyzedpolyacrylamide(HPAM) had the most inhibition for the formations of calcium carbonate in thecondition of pH=9, but the inhibition of high concentrations of partial hydrolyzedpolyacrylamide(HPAM) decreased with the increasing pH for calcium carbonate; For calciumsulfate and barium sulfate, pH increased with the decreasing inhibition effect of partialhydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) for their formations. |
