Wetland is a special and important ecosystem between the land ecosystem andwater ecosystem. It's necessary for people to live and develop.This study is an estimation of the environmental sources of the XinJiang TianChiwetland. The ecosystem service value of Xinjiang TianChi wetland was separated intothe use value and the nonuse value to be estimated. This study uses the new estimatedsystem based on the estimated system of Costanza to estimate the use value and usesthe CVM to estimate the nonuse value.The result show us that:(1) The ESV of the XinJiang TianChi wetland is7.79billionï¿¥/a. The use value is5.215billionï¿¥/a and the nonuse value is2.574billionï¿¥/a.(2) The result of the survey is that: the male payrate is higher than the female; thepayrate is increasing as the educational level is increasing and decreasing as the ageand the monthly income is increasing; this study uses the logistic regression analysisand chi square test method to analysis the date of the survey; the result shows us thatthe age, the mothly income, the educational level, occupation and are related to theyes-no willingness to pay.(3) In the survey of the tourists of the cognition of theXinJiang TianChi wetland the result shows us that83%of the tourists have known thewetland but53%can't distinguish the wetland. This result shows that the cognition ofthe wetland hasn't been popurlized. More than63%of the tourists thought theXinJiang TianChi wetland had been polluted and16%thought it had been pollutedseriously. The most serious action polluting the XinJiang TianChi wetland is throwingthe rubbish everywhere and the second is the too many tourists.
