In the thesis, we have investigated the optimization conditions for the synthesis of SSZ-70zeolite; and found the similarities and differences in structure between SSZ-70and MCM-22by post structure modification. Through liquid-solid isomorphous substitution reaction, Ti-containg SSZ-70, i.e. Ti-SSZ-70was synthesized. Its catalytic performance was examined using probe reaction.In the first part, through synthesizing the specific templates, SSZ-70, a pure silicalite zeolite was hydrothermally synthesized. The optimization condition for syntesizing SSZ-70was invetigated. The structure of SSZ-70is similar to MCM-22, but the arrangement of layers is twisting along c axis.In the second part, based on the fact that the contiguous layers are weakly interacted with each other, we have prepared the materials which have12-MR pore channels between the layers though silylating SSZ-70with organic silane reagent athigh temperature in acid condition.In the third part, we have prepared Ti-SSZ-70by the liquid-solid isomorphous substitution reaction with H2TiF6, or structure reversible post-synthesis method with TBOT. Their catalystic properties have been evaluated using1-hexene probe reaction.
