This study combined running and debugging operation of modified A2/O process of Sewage Treatment Plant in Shaoyang City, analyzed process principles, running processes and characteristics of modified the A2/O, to debug the best operation parameters to improve the sewage treatment effect. Considering the characteristics of low carbon wastewater of this the Sewage Treatment Plant, simulation experiment was carried out to promote wastewater treatment of biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal by increasing carbon. The results were as follows:1. Acclimation of sludge. Considering the characteristics of the A2/O process and the actual situation of the factory, intermittent cultivation of activated sludge was used, the first aerated then static and precipitation, the next time increased the inlet water and aerated, until micro-organisms such as bell worms, amoeba appeared in the flocculent body sludge and microscopic. The process can be transferred to the trial operation.2. The effect of urban waste water of sewage treatment plan in Shaoyang in a year was Analyzed, although run in the low-carbon condition, the outlet water COD an average of19.2mg/l, BOD5average2.5mg/l, TP average0.77mg/l, TN average9.8mg/l. NH3-N an average of2.14mg/l. SS an average of9.8mg/l. Treatment effect except TP reached the " urban sewage treatment plant emission standards of GB18918-2002B standard". the other can achieve an A standard of the national sewage discharge.3. Analyzed factors affecting nitrogen and phosphorus removal of sewage treatment plant improved A2/O process in the actual running process combined with simulated experiments, we can get that:Sludge adsorption effects were positively correlated with reaction time and sludge concentration. Adsorption of microorganisms was weaker than the physical adsorption of the sludge. However, in the case of microbial cause, sludge adsorption equilibrium time shortened; The sludge age have a great impact on the simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal. SRT too short will affect the system's nitrification. SRT should not be too long, and then will lead to a large number of acteria in the decline phase also affect the treatment effect. SRT is the best control16d Nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect of the system is relatively good. CODcr,NH3-N,TN ratio of elimination is good. In the process running to maintain the anaerobic nitrate nitrogen concentration of less than0.5mg/l High temperature is conducive to denitrification. but little effect on phosphorus removal:Dissolved oxygen is an important factor in biological nutrient removal system process running. Carbon source is not sufficient. Dissolved oxygen should not be too high. Dissolved oxygen control in the aerobic stage in the1.5mg/l (summer),2.5mg/l (winter):Release of phosphorus is proportional to the molecular carbon source.TN removal efficiency is related to carbon source in sewage, the more carbon source. the higher removal efficiency.
