The Synthesis Of Two Kinds Of SiRNA Molecule

In practical world, the technique of RNAi is more and more important. And the single molecule of siRNA has the great influence to synthesize the chain of siRNA.In this thesis, the synthesis methods of two kinds of single molecule of siRNA (G and U) were discussed. By selecting acylation of amide (G) and selecting protection of hydroxy, we achieved our target compounds.Moreover, through the condition experiments, we get the expected protecting reagents like TOMCl and P reagent. And at last we synthesize them by ourselves.
