In recent years, along with the industry and the rapid development of transportation, also noise influent people normal life and it is a major issue. Noise has a significant influence to the health of the human body, the normal daily life work and rest. With the material culture the improvement of living standards, to reduce the noise also becomes the people is the inevitable requirement of high quality life, which requires not only products with high performance, but also the characteristics of low noise.The pollution of mechanical structural vibration noise is one kind of many noise pollution. The traditional mechanical designs pay important to the mechanical performance, shape, etc, but neglect to consider the noise issue. After product design comes out, the result noise is very serious. So we should be in the product development cycle stages, should consider to products, and optimize the structure based on this noise problems, get more good products. We can shorten product development cycle, reduce the cost of product research and development, and improve the product's competitiveness.This paper introduces mechanical structure vibration noise numerical simulation method with finite element method by using finite element software ANSYS, and explains the tractor cabin, for example, including a solid modal analysis, acoustic modal analysis, sound solid coupling modal analysis, understand the inherent frequency and vibration cab. Based on this, we analyst the dynamic harmonic response, get the distribution of internal pressure cab.At the same time, in this paper the vibration noise of mechanical structure and the control method of generating mechanism was studied and described respectively, the mechanical noise, motor noise and pipe noise vibration noise sources were explained, and the vibration noise control method was introduced, such as isolation, sound insulation, sound absorb, damping method, etc. And with centrifugal fan as a case, the vibration noise of the fan was explained, and the control method of vibration noise was put forward. This paper introduces the mechanical structure vibration noise simulation method and control method for mechanical structure which provides the certain reference value in the noise reduction. It can greatly reduce the vibration noise of the mechanical structure and improve the surrounding environment.
