| The multi-axial special off-road vehicle is one of the weapon systems' transports and launch platform. Compared with widely used balance suspension three axis vehicles, the special structure three-axial vehicle this paper studies which is without equilibrating mechanism determines that it has huge axle load transfer, most of the time it drives in full and bad roads environment, vibration and impact is greater. Its dynamic performance and normal vehicle also have certain distinction. This paper based on one of this type of tri-axial unbalanced bridge special vehicles as research object, the key research is ride and dynamic response on extreme pavement.First of all, establish a dynamics model which can meet all kind's of analysis demand due to its idiographic structures. Chiefly built its body, suspension system, and tire and meet the needs of different test in all kinds of roads, obtain accurate parameters of spring, shock absorber and bushing those contribute main effect to the vehicle's ride performance, so that the model can be much closer to the real car, used for the dynamic response of the simulation of vehicle.Secondly, on the basis of ISO2631 and China's ride evaluation standard, measure the comprehensive indicators those are used to evaluate the vehicle's ride performance, including body acceleration, suspension dynamic displacement, tire dynamic load, do some analysis to these data and then table a proposals for improvement.Then, design vehicles simulation schemes in extreme off-road, analyzing the rule of the vehicle's axle-load transfer, according to the analysis results propose for vehicle's key parts of the design requirements.Finally, do some comprehensive to the analysis results of various vehicle tests then bring forward improvement project to improve the vehicle's dynamic performance, and validate the simulation results, compared with test results of the previous vehicle model to get a good performance improvement result. |
