With the rapid development of transportation enterprise, traffic is increasing, the development of bridge career are facing severe test. In the process of bridge construction, there have been some problems, for example crack, provent down and shortage of structure bearing capacity, bridge diseases and injury are serious, how to ensure the safety and durability of bridge operation, as for reinforcement maintenance of bridge is extremely important.According to the bridge reinforcement design principle and method, introduced commonly used method of the old bridge reinforcement, to make a detailed analysis evaluation for three main bridge reinforcement method, which are concrete composite reinforcement, carbon fiber reinforced and external prestressing reinforcement, they point out that some of the problems that appear in the reinforcement design, make exploration and study on the key techniques in the bridge reinforcement design.This paper mainly studies three key technologys in the bridge reinforcement design, concrete composite reinforcement, carbon fiber reinforced and externally prestressed reinforcement technique, and discussed above. For concrete composite layer reinforcement, take prestressed concrete hollow slab for example, analysis influence of bridge deck pavement to bridge structure integrity, bridge panel stiffness and structure bearing capacity; For carbon fiber reinforcement take design, prestressed concrete beam T for example, through compared calculation of the simulation analysis and standard formula, discusses the effectiveness influence of high pressure zone to structure bearing capacity; For externally prestressed reinforcement design, take continuous steel structure bridge reinforcement for example, through simulate force analysis of slope reinforcement design, make optimized design to externally prestressed anchorage terminal, further explore the external prestressing application research in engineering examples.
