Cement Concrete Pavement Overlays Thermal-protective Coating

Along with the continuous improvement of people's living standard, people have higher request for a living environment and travel conditions, urban heat island effect is a influence factor in people life. In this context, putting forward the research for cement concrete pavement overlaysthermal-protective coating, expecting by the cement concrete pavement thermal insulation layer to reduce the influence to the cement concrete pavement because of the external environment temperature changeing, reducing the road temperature in summer.This paper introduces the characteristics of the sinteredbauxite calcination, using the characteristics that absorption rate low and low thermal conductivity of calcination sinteredbauxite, adding sinteredbauxite insulating layer on the cement concrete top to reduce the influence to the cement concrete pavement because of the temperature changeing. Making the specimen for the test, according to the principle of the dosage, different thickness, particle diameter of calcining sinteredbauxite of the thermal insulation layer. Verifing that thermal insulation layer has cooling effect by the test data contrast, quantity of heat insulation effect is determined to the dosage of calcining sinteredbauxite, having nothing to do with particle cize, and thickness of insulation layer will change the temperature distribution of cement concrete board and change the trend of the temperature in difference between day and night.This article by the experimental data contrast, adding insulating layer is helpful for reducing the cement concrete pavement temperature change, weakened the bilge shrink, reduce the temperature stress, so can consider reducing the width of the expansion joints or extending the distance between the juncture, enhance the overall performance of the cement concrete pavement. For existing cement concrete pavement structure designing has an important meaning, and can promote the research and application of new materials and produce the huge economic and social benefits.
