Energy is the foundation of social economic development and living standard improvement. The State Energy planning of 2004-2020 said, the total solution is correct guiding principle and socialism with Chinese characteristics, and make Energy Conservation and energy efficiency topped the list.In building construction, external Structure heat loss is the most particle, and on most of it is wall heat loss, so, How to make the Manipulating Envelope and Fenestration is an key link, Develop an new exterior wall insulation technology and new energy-saving materials are effective ways on building energy saving. At present, Wall insulation technology Develops quite rapidly, a variety of heat insulating materials are Widely applies to the wall insulation engineering. In domestic market, External wall thermal insulation materials can be divided into Several categories:Plank class insulation system like polystyrene board, plastic extruded board, polystyrene particles, rock wool board, and Inorganic insulation mortar. Due to the needs of the market and new standard, new inorganic insulation mortar developed rapidly.This paper uses Portland cement as the main cementing material, glazed hollow bead and silica aerogel made in lab for the aggregate, with latex powder, fly ash, fiber, cellulose and so on, Designing a new kind of silica aerogel inorganic heat insulation mortar. And through the experiment, we got the discipline of various factor's influence of inorganic heat insulation mortar, got the react on cement mortar heat conductivity with apparent density and relative humidity; Doing the control experiment, we can get the maintain measures,Temperaturmessung,experimental method which impact the thermal conductivity and influence to Test Results.To present by experiments, The optimum prescription was finally determined:(1) Inorganic heat insulation mortar's thermal conductivity is 0.061W/(m.k), much lower than high-class product standard (0.070 W/(m.k)); (2) Compressive strength is0.38MPa, nearly doubled the standard (0.20MPa); (3) Inorganic heat insulation mortar's linear shrinkage is 0.16%, and the standard is les than 0.30%; (4) Cement mortar softening coefficient is 0.61 (if it is necessary, it should be higher than 0.50); (5)Frost resistance meets the requirement.Thermal conductivity is an important examination parameter to insulation mortar. In this paper, we established the relationship of mortar apparent density and mortar heat conductivity: y= 0.0001375x+0.0270875, linearly dependent coefficient:R2=0.992; The relationship of relative humidity and mortar heat conductivity:y=1×10-5x2+7×10-5x+0.063, Correlation Coefficient:R2=0.999;...
