With the rapid development of highway, the quality of its construction becomes more and more important in people'minds. The reasons that cause damage of the road surface are varied, while the quality of the bituminous pavement is mostly depended on the quality of the asphalt mixture, one of the factors that can ensure the quality of the bituminous mixture is the conformity of asphalt mixture grading.The stability of the asphalt mixture grading has been a challenge to the quality of highway construction for a long time, and this was due to the inefficient control of the mineral aggregate gradation. It is particularly reflected as this:the raw materials are unqualified, the raw materials control is not efficient, and there is lack of corresponding quality and inspection control system. So, to solve the instability of the aggregate's quality with the inefficient control of the bituminous mixture grading in our country, the research of real-time monitoring and the control of the aggregate grading becomes urgently and necessarily in need.In the thorough investigation and analysis of the current domestic and foreign relevant grading control on the basis of research achievements, for the lack of domestic asphalt mixture of graded control, this paper study a new batch of asphalt mixing equipment real-time grading control method-Airborne sieve post-mortem control system. Considering airborne sieve post-mortem system, compares and analyzes the sampling location on the asphalt mixing equipment, and through the related tests, determined the reasonable sampling location, puts forward on open sampling windows in the existing asphalt-stirring equipment hot bone bin. designed and researched through the airborne sieve post-mortem system sampling structure,screening structure and measuring structure, realized airborne sieve post-mortem accurately and rapidly sieve post-mortem system. Compared,analysed and verifed the control scheme of chromatography system sampling module, screening measurement module, achieved process quality control of airborne screening system and improved airborne sieve post-mortem system automation. Through thermal bone of asphalt mixing equipment, I analysed data processing and silo argument, achieved dynamic control and accurate control of aggregate gradation asphalt mixture.
