| The structure of prestressed concrete is under the function of factor within natural environment, environment for use and material,as time goes on, its material will wear out gradually,also structure performance will be deteriorate and cause damage even destruction. As to prestressed concrete bridge, these phenomenon exhibit in deterioration of concrete, rust of prestressed rebar and rebar, reduction of effective prestressing force, degeneration of mechanics function for rustily prestressed rebar and rebar, degeneration of stickup strength for rustily prestressed rebar and rebar, emergence and spread of crack,etc. These ingredients can give brith to unfavourably influence on bridge's function, even threaten the safety of bridge structure.The test and evaluation of existent prestressed concrete bridge is not only the important precondition for judgement about security or endurance of bridge, but also the warrant of maintenance, servicing, reinforcement, restoration for bridge.This text is an important part of 2005 western traffic scientific and project on'test's technique of prestessing force for medium & large scale bridge" research.It evaluate and compare common methods for deterioration of concrete and degeneration of prestressing force systematic, then it point out advantage, disadvantage and suitability of methods, it will play a certain guidance role to the project practice.This text not only analyses and survey investigatory materials, but also sum up latest research results in terms of project's progression.Because the methods of test & evaluation are numerous and involve many related theories, in terms of actual situation, this text only introduce uncommon and difficult methods to the point, on the other hand, it emphasis on the steps which are practical and give methods of data handling & evaluation.This text studies can establish the foundation of "test's technique of prestessing force for medium & large scale bridge" guidance, also it will offer warrants of project's practice. |
