In recent years,a great deal of underground engineerings were built in many city of our country. The safety of deep excavation become more an more important.Based on the background of deep foundation pit excavation of practical project, and combined with the data of site-on monitoring and finite element analysis, the main work of this research is to study the primary factors that infect the safeguard control of excavation project.First, general information of a diaphragm wall excavation project in Shenzhen city was introduced in detail, incidental problems in foundation pit construction was carefully summarized and several feasible measures on optimizing construction technique have been proposed.Secondary, the design of foundation pit monitoring system of this project was introduced, and the diversified factors that affect the force and deformation of foundation pit in excavation processes has been investigated. Several noticeable key technical measures in diaphragm wall construction have been proposed. And one foundation pit of railway station in Shenzhen city has been carried out with finite element simulation; and synthetically analyses of the FE data and measured data from real site has also been carried out.Finally, based on the deficiency of foundation pit monitoring project of nowadays, a safeguard supervisory information processing system which required for the usage of multinomial modern technique has been designed.
